Happiness is said to be a time in a person life when the feeling of goodness is around him.

This food boost serotonin, tryptophan, dopamine, and endorphins in the brain which leads to better and happy mood. Include this food in your breakfast or lunch meal. It helps decrease depression and anxiety.


Doing some mediation: Doing some meditation helps to reduce depression. It can be done first thing in the morning before the start of your work. Meditation can be helpful in reducing blood pressure and pain reduction. It produces chemical that help to get you into good mood and makes you a happy person.
