13 Types Of Sexually Transmitted Disease

Sexually transmitted disease are diseases that are contacted during sexual activities. It is good to be aware of this types of disease and not fall ignorant. Below are 13 types of Sexually transmitted disease;
Scabies are skin infection which are transmitted during sexual contacts and other skin contacts such as
sharing of towel and bedding. The skin condition is caused by parasites which are not visible to the naked eyes and a visit to the hospital will be the best solution to discover the problem. The symptoms could include rash, small bumps and intense itching. Note that condoms is not totally save as you can be infected from an infected person.
Herpes disease is another type of disease that  has no cure once infected. It can only be diagnosed in the hospital as the infected person may not know of the disease. Herpes disease are of two types; Oral and genital. The oral herpes affect the lips and month part with sores and blisters while the genital herpes affects the genital area of the body causing itching, urinating issues, blisters and sores. At the moment the only solution to this herpes disease are drugs used to reduce or limit and subdue it.
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) is an infection that affects the female reproductive organs. It is an infection as a result of untreated Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which affects the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus. Save sexual activities is advisable as the result from pelvic inflammatory disease can cause severe complications like infertility, vomiting, vaginal discharge and other vaginal issues.
Chlamydia is a type of sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by bacterial. Someone affected my not show any form of sign or symptoms while others will show symptoms like painful urination, unusual or abnormal discharge, infertility, irregular period and some might have eye infection. There are no cure for this disease but there are drugs or medications used to slow the growth of the disease. The symptoms include weight loss, easy contact to infection, flu, fever, memory loss and energy loss. If medications are not taking the HIV infection grows which eventually leads to death.
Syphilis is a serious bacteria disease which is contacted during sexual behaviours. Syphilis is very difficult to detect and mostly affect the mouth and the genitals. The symptoms include rash, sores and bumbs around the body and if left untreated for a prolong period can lead to other serious problems which could lead to death. In most cases antibiotics are used to treat syphilis. Best way of prevention is to have safe sexual activities or relationship.
Chancroid is a type of sexually transmitted disease (STD) contacted through sexual contacts with an infected person. The disease is a type of genital ulcer which occurs on the surface of male sexual organ and genital areas of women. The symptoms include vaginal discharge, painful urination. A visit to the doctor is needed to diagnose and treat the disease.
Human Papillom Virus (HPV) is a common sexually transmitted disease which infect man and woman. It is a disease that causes cervical cancer and has over 35 different HPV . The disease affects the  vulva, mouth, genital warts, cervix cancer. As far as it is’ there is no cure and the vaccine available can only cure some of types of human papillom virus (HPV).
Yeast infection is a type of very common fungus disease. Can affect both man and woman. This disease are present in a woman’s vagina but lives in small amount. If this infection stays too long in a female’s body which will cause white discharge, painful sexual intercourse that lives in small amounts inside a woman's vagina.
Trichomoniasis (Trich) This type of STD is transmitted during sexual activities. This infection can affect the vagina, urethra, cervix and bladder. The infection can be transmitted from man to woman and can cause painful urination, soreness, redness and itching around the genital area.
Pubic Lice (Crabs) can also be called crabs, they are tiny insect like parasite that lives and lay eggs in the genital hair on an infected person. They can be easily seen and can be contacted during sexual activities or skin contacts. The infection can be easily treated with help of drugs or medications.
Gonorrhea is an STD which infect more of the age bracket of 20yrs to 31yrs. It is caused by bacteria. Gonorrhea symptoms does not manifest in woman easily but can easily manifest in men. If Gonorrhea is not treated on time it could lead to complications causing ectopic pregnancy, infertility and blockage of the fallopian tube, throat, rectum and pelvic inflammatory disease. Men always have painful urination and unusual discharge from the genital organ. An urgent visit to the doctor will help in quickly diagnosing the problem.
AIDS is a type of disease contacted during sexual activities. AIDS actually starts as HIV but later grows and become AIDS. There is no cure for this disease which eventually leads to death. In fighting this disease a  person should keep to one sexual partner. Be save.
